Completing the Forum 2022 Registration Form

Paying your $295 Forum registration feeIf you are paying the full amount, you can pay here or send us a check at MCCW, PO Box 4456, Washington, DC 20017 with Forum in the memo line.

If you are receiving a partial chapel subsidy, you will receive an invoice from us once you complete the registration form – then you can pay online or send us a check.
If your chapel is paying your registration fee, we will send your chapel POC an invoice
Making your hotel reservation: Hotel reservations are separate from Forum registration and can be made directly with the hotel here.
Booking your travel: you will definitely want to arrive by early afternoon on Thursday and won’t want to leave until early afternoon on Sunday so you don’t miss any of Forum’s exciting offerings.
Inviting others to be a part of Forum 2022: share this information with your chaplain, chapel staff, installation chaplain, or civilian parish and talk to them about how they can support women attending this exciting event.
