This event is our main fundraiser for the year! We host both a live and silent auction during a trivia event.  This years theme is WILD about McGrath! Our event will bring together over 200 friends, family, and supporters to celebrate our Brentwood school community and fundraise for the PTO.

We would like to invite your company to invest in our work by donating an item or gift certificate for our Silent or Live Auction.  Your tax-deductible contribution will showcase your company while also fueling our mission to give students the ability to thrive throughout the school year. In exchange for your thoughtful contribution, your company will be advertised on our Auction website in addition to recognition on our PTO Facebook page and event signage.

Our generous donors from previous years have found the annual McGrath Elementary Auction as a great way to introduce their business to new customers, and to show support to their loyal customers by providing our students with the means to receive the best educational experience possible.

Recent PTO expenditures made possible by the Annual McGrath Auction Fundraiser:

●        Teacher Grant Program – teachers received $450 each to fund exciting and engaging materials, websites, and classroom decor.  Our students are excited for their in-person field trips to the Saint Louis Zoo, the Aquarium, and the St. Louis Science Center.

●        School Community Events – your generous donation helps our PTO organize fun events for our students and their families including Back to School Ice Cream Social, Ice Skating, Fall Fest, and Field Day.

●        Jefferson City Trip - 3rd graders enjoyed a day trip to Jefferson City, sponsored by the PTO, to learn more about our state’s capital and government works.
