On Saturday, October 21, 2023, the Meadow Drive PTA will host our largest annual fundraising event for the children of the Meadow Drive School, Parents’ Night Out.

While our overall goal is to raise money for our children at Meadow Drive through raffles, races, 50/50’s and auctions, the Parents’ Night Out is also about getting together with friends, neighbors, community members and enjoying a fun night out!

This event is the main source of funding for our PTA (Parent Teacher Association – non-profit 501c3 organization), whose mission is to make every child’s potential a reality, by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children. We strive to provide the children of the Meadow Drive School, a wide variety of unique learning experiences such as: cultural arts assemblies, a state-of-the-art hands-on S.T.E.A.M. events, and family learning-together experiences.

By donating to our organization, you make not only an investment in the future of our students, but also in our community. Please consider supporting our annual fundraiser in any of the following ways:

1.    Online Digital Banner

• Your Ad will be displayed on our website, social media sites, and all email communications sent by the PTA to hundreds of members throughout the school year.
• Your company’s Ad will also be displayed on the night of our event.
• Only 12 industry exclusive banners available.

 2.    Event Digital Ad

• Your Company’s Ad will be displayed on a big screen for all to see on the night of our event.

 3.    Race Sponsorship

• When you sponsor a race, your company name and/or logo will be prominently displayed for all attendees to see throughout the entire evening.
• Parents will be cheering your business on as they advance toward the finish line!

4.    Donation In-Kind

• An in-kind donation, could be in the form of a gift certificate, an item, or a gift basket to be used as raffles or prizes throughout the night.
• All donors of a gift certificate, item, or basket will be listed on our website and company name will also be displayed during our event.
• We will create a beautiful basket and/or frame to display your donation (and company name) during the raffle portion of the evening.
