Meadows Miler
Walk/Run for Princeton Child Development InstituteNov 04, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
PCDI is recognized worldwide as a pioneer and leader in autism research and treatment. The Institute offers a broad spectrum of services that support people with autism from infancy through adulthood, including an early intervention program for students under 3 years, and special education school for students aged 3 to 21. Adolescents and adults benefit from PCDI’s career development and supported employment programs, as well as residential programming in two community-based group homes and several supervised apartments.
On November 4, PCDI will host the 7th annual Meadows Miler run at Rosedale Park in Pennington. Meadows Miler includes a 5k, 10k, Fun Run, and kiddie dashes. The event is designed to be accessible to individuals with autism and their families while remaining a competitive run for seasoned athletes.
Public funding is insufficient to provide the comprehensive support that our students need. We rely on our community to fill this gap. Since its inception, Meadows Miler has raised over $160,000 for PCDI’s programs. The funds raised through donations and sponsorships will allow PCDI to continue providing exceptional, lifelong services to so many families affected by autism.
