The Soul Healn Wellness Center is hosting a Men's Mental Health Retreat. This retreat is aimed at providing wellness and mindfulness activities to men in the community, to allow them the ability to learn and gain skills to help them deal with everyday stressors and triggers. 

In Philadelphia, there are more men suffering in silence with Mental Health issues, stress, and violence. Though these issues plague our men, there are not enough resources and programs available to these men to guide them in learning how to deal with these daily stressors. Soul Healn has created and is providing the space, resources, skills, and activities that these men can take with them into their homes and lives to better deal with their mental health issues. 

This 1-day monthly event will provide the opportunity for 20 men to have the access that they need to get the help that they need.
