Why?

Plunging into ice cold water means facing discomfort. You may feel vulnerable running into the water bare in the peak of winter. Similarly, talking about mental health can be uncomfortable and vulnerable. It can be hard to break the ice and start a conversation. Let’s plunge together to get out of our comfort zones, face the discomfort, and break the ice around talking about mental health!

All funds support our mission at Mental Makeover. Mental Makeover is a mental health-focused non-profit organization committed to fighting the stigma surrounding mental health and empowering young people to learn about mental health and share their own thoughts, emotions, and experiences. We are changing the WAY mental health is talked about through (W)ellness, (A)wareness and (Y)outh education.
