Fundraising Event To Benefit Cuddle Cat Rescue of Hannibal

Tuesday, October 4th

5:30 – 8:00 PM

Being held at the Rialto Banquet Center, 601 Broadway, Hannibal

Event includes: Dinner, Silent Auction, and Live Music by The Generation Gap

Monetary Donations (with a recommended $20 minimum per person) accepted at the door

Space is limited – Reservations Required –

Our goal is to raise $10,000, with the event bringing in 150 – 160 people the night of

Sponsorship Opportunities Include: 

$2500 – Host Sponsorship Level – Considered the main sponsor for the event (only one spot available) TAKEN

Logo at the top of all promotional materials showing your organization as the main event sponsor

Main Host Sponsorship Recognition in all written press releases and social media posts 

Opportunity to take part in media interviews for the event as presented

Your organization will have 3-5 minutes to welcome guests and promote your services at the event

Table of eight provided for your staff at the event – with your table listing you as a table sponsor as well

$1,000 – Main Event Sponsorship Level (3 being recruited for this level)

Logo featured on all promotional materials showing your organization as a sponsor

Business verbally acknowledged and recognized as a sponsor at the event

Your business recognized in all written press releases and social media posts as a sponsor

Table of eight provided for your staff to attend the event – also recognized as a table sponsor

$500 – (unlimited) Logo featured in the event program as a sponsor and business recognized as a sponsor in written press releases to the media

Table Sponsorship Levels – (20 Table Sponsors Being Sought)

$250 Table Sponsor

Name recognition and listing in the program as a table sponsor

Signage on your sponsored table saying “Table sponsored by…..”

Event organizer will recruit people to fill your table the night of the event

$100 Table Sponsor

Name recognition and listing in the program as a table sponsor

Signage on your sponsored table saying “Table sponsored by…..”

You fill your own table with eight people for the night of the event (ask that you attempt to fill every seat)
