Description
Our mission is to support the Merced High School baseball program and its coaching staff. Every year we hold a Silent/Live Auction Dinner that helps run our baseball program. As schools cut funds each year it is up to our supporters to help us raise funds for field maintenance, uniforms, equipment and travel expenses.
We are reaching out to our community, local businesses and baseball supporters for donations. Donation needs/requests for the event include:
- Silent/Live Auction Items
- Raffle Items
- Dessert Auction Items
- Other donations fit for the event or program
Our goal with the dinner is to help raise additional funds needed for outfield fence upgrades and netting. Thank you for your consideration in donating to our baseball program.
