I’m reaching out on behalf of the PTA to ask for your support in our upcoming 12th Annual PTA Auction. As you may be aware, recent budget cuts have significantly impacted the funding available for many programs at our school. Thanks to the ongoing efforts of our PTA, we have been able to restore some of the items that were originally cut. However, we still need additional support from our community to continue this important work.

The auction is our largest fundraiser of the year, and its success directly supports essential programs such as field trips, educational resources, and student givebacks. With your help, we can ensure that all students at Merrimac Elementary have access to the enriching experiences they deserve.

We would be incredibly grateful for any contributions—whether it’s a donation, a sponsorship, or even your attendance at the event itself. Every bit of support makes a difference, no matter how big or small.
