This event will help support seniors in need as well as their pets.  We also support the veterans in our community by providing free transporation to the local VA hospital.  We provided over 153,000 meals to seniors last year.  As our services continue to grow, we are in danger of having to put seniors on a wait list.  We are fundraising to ensure homebound seniors can receive meals on a check in from a friendly volunteer.  We also provide meals to their pets, who are often their only companions.  Seniors' pets give them a sense of purpose and help combat the lonliness of isolation.
