Since 1967, The Neighborhood Center has been helping local families overcome the challenges posed by poverty. The Neighborhood Center makes an impact in the community every day by supplying hundreds of families with food from our Urban Farm and Food Pantry, as well as by providing housing and other supportive services to homeless and near-homeless families.  We also serve as a welcoming place for those facing challenges that seem overwhelming to them, by devoting time and compassion to the situation, linking them with appropriate services and advocating on their behalf. Through our efforts, often times, those situations become less overwhelming and resolvable.

This work is made possible, in part, through our annual fundraisers.  If you have enjoyed any of our past events, I hope you will attend our Midnight at the Masquerade fundraiser on Saturday, October 22, at Northampton Country Club.

The event will consist of a murder mystery dinner and tricky tray.  We will be the raffling all sorts of gift baskets, and we need your help in gathering donations. Donated items can come in all shapes and sizes; they can be products, services, cash or gift certificates.
