I'm writing to you on behalf of the Walnut Acres Elementary Parent Faculty Club (PFC) in Walnut Creek, CA. We are gearing up for our annual auction gala, Midnight in Paris, on March 8, 2019. We are reaching out to the community for exciting bid items and sponsorships in order to make our event a success. Our gala and online auction raise over $140,000 and attract the attention of over 500 Walnut Creek families. The funds we raise support critical programs such as reading and math intervention, classroom teaching aides, science and computer labs, and art and music instruction that would otherwise be unavailable to children at our public school.
