Mighty Writers is excited to host a “Thanks for Giving” event, celebrating our Mighty Volunteers who play a vital part in all of our programming- Afterschool Literacy programs, Mentorships, Workshops, and Food, Diaper, and Literacy Distribution. Mighty Writers teaches kids, ages 3-17, to think clearly and write with clarity so they can achieve success at school, at work, and in life.   

We cannot do what we do without our volunteers, and we want to show our gratitude, but we need your help!

We respectfully request donations of items or services for our “Philly is Mighty” Basket Raffle, in which all volunteers will be entered to win.  

Tickets will also be sold for the Basket Raffle, and all proceeds will support free literacy programming throughout the Greater Philadelphia area and New Jersey, serving 4000 Mighty students.
