Description
Millie Millar was born at 27 weeks at just 2 lbs 11 oz. She has a long road to recovery ahead of her which requires a minimum stay of 3 months in the NICU. Her first surgery is scheduled for later this month. Her father, Tyler Miller, is a firefighter within the Chillicothe Community Fire Protection District.
