To Whom it May Concern: The William T Rogers Middle School Parent Faculty Association (PFA) of Kings Park, NY will be hosting our annual Military Bridge Night event on March 30, 2022. During this event we will also be holding a Chinese Auction. Last year, because of Covid, our fundraising efforts did not do well. We are hoping with your help, we can make this fundraiser the biggest of the last two years! As a not for profit organization (501C), the funds raised from this event will contribute to both educational programs and enrichment opportunities for our children. In past years, thanks to the generosity of the community, we were able to pay for several enrichment programs as well as anti bullying programs. We have also been able to help keep the school up to date on the lateset technologies! This year we would like to continue this tradition. We are asking for donations in the form of merchandise or gift certificates, which will be raffled off at the event during our Chinese Auction. We expect about 100 people at this event.
