The mission of the Scott Spouses’ Club includes supporting military members and their families stationed at and around Scott Air Force Base, Illinois.  Each year Military Spouse Appreciation Day is celebrated the Friday before Mother’s Day;  it is the day set aside to pause and recognize the military spouses around us who are so significant in our lives and military communities. This event is always a wonderful day spent celebrating the families of our service members because our military spouses' sacrifices often go unnoticed.

We are excited to announce that the Scott Spouses’ Club’s Annual Military Spouse Appreciation Event will take place on Friday, May 5, 2023 on Scott Air Force Base. This event will be a community event that typically supports 450 spouses in which they will have the opportunity to connect with resources within the community.   We are showing a movie at the base theater; and would like to offer prizes, goodie bags, dinner, and dessert to our spouses. The Scott Spouses’ Club is currently seeking contributions for this event.  Contributors will receive special recognition at our event.  We are extremely grateful for any contributions provided. We are aware that you receive many requests and greatly appreciate your consideration. The following are some suggestions:

• Merchandise of any kind

• Gift certificates for services of any kind

• Tickets to athletic events or other cultural attractions, theme parks, and area shows

• Gift certificates for dining, shopping, and other retail interests

• Dinner/Dessert contributions from local eateries.

• Items for favor bags each spouse will receive
