Description

The Miller Children's Hospital Long Beach Auxiliary hosts their Annual Designer Fashion Show in February to highlight and raise money for a specific project chosen each year by the Volunteers. Pledges for projects may span three to five years. Proceeds from this years event will contribute towards a three year pledge to purchase a Pediatric Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO) Machine. ECMO is a highly specialized, advance life support unit used during treatment of patients with life-threatening heart and/or lung conditions. The event consists of a designer fashion show, entertainment, silent auction, and luncheon. With the help of generous sponsors and donations from the community, past events have raised over $60,000 for the children annually.,
