The MiraCosta College Classified Senate (CS) represents and is made up of all non-tenured employees, called the classified service.  With over 400 employees serving in this classification, their main mission is in suport of students.  

The (CS) endeavors to help support students with fundraising opportunites to endow student scholarships hosted/serviced through the MiraCosta College's Foundation.  As such, the CS is working to endow their 5th student scholarship.  The vast majority of funding is procured through an annual online auction and then again at the year-end district luncheon.  The luncheon offers a silent auction where item proceeds are also distributed to the MiraCosta College Foundation in support of student scholarships.

Working hand-in-hand with the MiraCosta College Foundation, an independent, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization created to support MiraCosta College students and campus programs, the Classified Senate is requesting items to offer in the online and silent auctions to help us reach our fundraising goals.
