First Trinity Lutheran Church will host our 12th annual Mission Madness Theme Basket Auction on September 10 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Mission Madness is our only fundraising event throughout the year.  This annual auction raises funds for our congregation to serve our local community and communities throughout the nation and world. We have been blessed with large turnouts and success in past years’ events. We are humbly asking if you would be willing to partner with us in our mission ‘to transform our world, one life at a time’? 

Through this exciting event, we have been able to fund trips to assist with a variety of missions including Hurricane Relief after Katrina (LA), Sandy (NJ), and Harvey (TX). We have sent teams to serve in Haiti and China.  In Haiti, we have a sister church that we have assisted with the building of their orphanage and disaster relief with the several tragedies that have hit their country in the past decade. Our high schoolers have given up a week of their Summer nearly every year to serve at Group Work Camps around the nation and locally here in our community.  Through these Work Camps they have assisted with home repairs in impoverished neighborhoods.  Our college students have been empowered to volunteer at Give Kids the World in Orlando, FL. 

Each basket at our theme tray auction will hold at least a fifty-dollar ($50+) value.  We will also have a smaller section of large ticket items where the value of each item is worth upwards of several hundred dollars ($150+). Please consider donating merchandise or a gift card for your organization. Any donation large or small is greatly appreciated.  We are happy to turn your donation into a basket on your behalf, including displaying your logo and company name.

For businesses who donate we are offering the opportunity for you to advertise at the event through any marketing materials you wish to provide (fliers, business cards, coupons, menus, etc). Upon request, we are also happy to display your company name and logo on our day of the event presentations.
