The conference theme for this year is "Public Health for All: Working Together to Achieve Optimal Health” with a focus of providing information to conference participants on strategies, interventions, and policies that work together to create opportunities for all Mississippians to be healthy. The 2-day conference provides public health professionals from across the State the opportunity to participate in educational sessions, network with colleagues and visit exhibits from many organizations and associations.

We encourage anyone who has an interest in public health to take the opportunity to become a member and contributing participant in MPHA. You do not have to work in public health to be a member; any healthcare provider, business, agency, organization, and the general public are welcome. MPHA depends on the generosity of organizations such as yours to provide door prizes, silent auction items and bag stuffers as giveaways for conference participants.  Not only will the association and conference participants benefit, but your organization is provided with a forum for advertisement.  As such, this correspondence serves as a solicitation for your donation to this year's event.  We are expecting more than two hundred fifty (250) participants this year; however, any amount of materials provided will be beneficial.
