The MMTrant Foundation, a greater-boston non-profit centered around providing greatly needed support to nursing professionals and educational scholarships to deserving nursing students serving our community. Since the COVID-19 Pandemic, people around the world have witnessed first hand how essential their work is to providing a healthy planet for all; we are calling for the attention and support of the public once again in honor of these selfless nursing heroes. We have an upcoming public nursing charity event on June 22, 2023 to help fundraise for helpful nursing essentials for practicing professionals and financial assistance for qualified students pursuing nursing higher education.   In preparation for this event, the MMTrant is seeking in-kind donations from supportive organizations to help us raise necessary funds for our worthy nursing cause. 

Our non-profit is a registered 501(c)(3) organization.The Mary Margaret Trant Nursing Scholarship, INC., acting as the MMTrant Foundation, was established in memory of my sister Mary (an enthusiastically driven, young nursing student) who passed away unexpectedly in 2021 just prior to graduating from nursing school. Mary believed helping others was her life's purpose; she was excited to share her empathic approach to nursing and gifts of healing with the world. Thus the core mission behind all the nursing-focused initiatives of The MMTrant Foundation is to honor her wish posthumously.  

Our upcoming public nursing charity event on June 22, 2023, will be held on the Greens at Lynnfield MarketStreet. During this time, will be hosting the medical community, students, and general public to a fun summer night out via a Cornhole Tournament and Social with food donated from local vendors, entertainment, and silent auctions/raffles from generous corporate supporters to help us raise necessary funds.  100% of the funds raised will be used for nursing essentials for practicing professionals and financial assistance for qualified students pursuing nursing higher education at accredited schools. Our third annual nursing fundraiser event will run from 5-10pm and is expected to attract 100's of guests in-person and spark viewership from 1000's online.
