The 2018 Annual Banquet is Monster Education Foundation’s (MEF) major fundraising event. This lunch is held to show appreciation to our donors as well as solicit their support for the following year. The MEF scholars are required to complete an individual service project during the summer. At our annual banquet, MEF scholars present their projects and are able to interact and answer questions from our donors.  The new class of scholars is also presented to our donors. Our goal is to raise $50,000 at this event. In addition to funding college scholarship accounts for our scholars, these funds will be used to provide support as our Monster Scholars complete their service projects, to help fund tutoring/college preparation services, and to provide opportunities these students would never have the chance to otherwise experience, i.e., trips to cultural events, etc. It is our hope that you will join us as we help our Monster Scholars become leaders in their communities and fulfill their higher education goals.
