My name is Katie Kirsch and I’m a part of the team at Tijeras Creek Elementary PTA. Our organization was created to help to support the students, teachers, and administrators of Tijeras Creek Elementary School by engaging in charitable, civic, and educational activities that contribute to the organization. Our PTA has raised funds to purchase new curriculum, fund additional staffing needs, and ensure that all scholars are meeting goals at or above grade level. 

We’re hosting a silent auction as part of our first ever Monster Mash, October 20th, 2022 as a way to raise funds and continue our work! We expect approximately 500 attendees at our event.

In order to make our auction a reality, we are seeking unique and interesting items to auction off. In previous years we’ve had contributions like vacation rentals, gift cards, jewelry, and gift baskets. With our last auction, before covid shut things down, we were able to purchase new iReady Math curriculum for our teachers.

We would like to ask your company if you’d be willing to donate items or gift cards for our Monster Mash silent auction. If an in-kind donation isn’t possible, monetary donations are always greatly appreciated, as well.

Your contribution will be vital to helping us succeed in planning our auction. With your generous donation, we will be one step closer to reaching our fundraising goal for the year.
