Montair Elementary School’s annual Auction & Gala will take place on May 15th, 2021 at Diablo Country Club. Last year over 200 Danville parents attended the auction and gala and raised over $200k in funds. 

Nestled at the base of Las Trampas Ridge, the Montair has been serving Westside Danville families for
over 50 years. We have great teachers, dedicated parents, and 500+ promising students who rely on
auction proceeds, generated in part through the contributions of local businesses, to help create a
well-rounded and inspiring education. Proceeds have provided critical support for a full-time
librarian, a dedicated science teacher, a new computer lab, and several music & arts programs.
All donated items and services, outright gifts, and Event Sponsors will be recognized in the auction
catalog and on the website. Depending on the level and type of contribution, your business name
and community commitment will also be showcased at the event or in pre-event materials and
outreach. There are also event sponsorship opportunities as well.

·         GOLD *$1,500-$3,000 Previous level PLUS
  - Increased size; half page ad (7 ½" x 5") in the Live Auction catalog.
  - Inclusion in social media promotions – minimum two (2) posts

·         PLATINUM *$3000+ Previous level PLUS
  - Increased size; full page ad (7 ½" x 10") in the Live Auction catalog.
