To whom it may concern I wanted to reach out on behalf of Hampton University Proton Cancer Institute. We are a non-profit cancer facility that is looking for a way to give back to our patients on treatment.

We are organizing a raffle, which will take place monthly for our patients. This event is to help our patients be able to enjoy a night out in the Hampton Roads area to help take their minds off having cancer. To make this occasion truly special and to maximize our impact, we are seeking support from the community.

We kindly request your support through the donation of 2-4 tickets. The tickets will be used to raffle off to our patients in need of a break or to clear their minds. Your generous contribution will bring joy and excitement to those we serve.
