Greetings!

 For the first time in five years, we are bringing back the Monte Vista Elementary School PTA Dinner and Silent Auction. Our goal is to create a wonderful community event for Monte Vista and turn this into a PTA’ fundraiser for the school.  This year’s event is on January 31, 2025, with a fun idea of - “Monty Brings Back the Ball”!  We hope that you can help.

Our event has been a success in past years because of support from local businesses like yours.  We thank you for your generosity! 

We would be most appreciative if you would consider contributing to our silent auction. Donations can be in the form of gift cards, memberships, or even sponsoring a portion of our event. The impact of your support is felt by every student and teacher at our school through enrichment programs such as the arts, music, computer science and physical education, as well as helping us purchase necessary school items.

 We believe that as a local business owner, this is wonderful way to be part of the community.  However, the benefits to you and other local businesses extend beyond community building as your business will be advertised to hundreds of your customers and potential future customers. Your company’s name and any other marketing materials you provide will be displayed at the event, on our school website and email newsletter, as well as in the Monte Vista front office entry way for all our families to see.  It is your tax-deductible donation that will make this fundraiser a great success.
