The next large Interact event is the sixteenth annual dance-a-thon, “Monzo Madness” on Friday, May13thth to raise money for the ALS Association (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, or Lou Gehrig’s disease).  All the proceeds will go to the ALS Association. Over the course of this annual event, we have raised over $250,000 and hope to continue this with your help. Students will pledge for their participation in the dance and will dance in the high school gym from 3pm until 11pm with 10-minute breaks every hour.  To make this event successful, we are asking you to please consider donating anything you can. Most importantly, we need food and water! Gift cards are also highly appreciated as prizes to acknowledge students who survive dancing for 8 hours after a full day of school!  We are anticipating a turnout of around 400 students and each participant will need dinner and snacks. Such things as small water bottles and non-perishable food items are much needed. Please consider donating anything that your business can afford!
