Moonlight on the Mountain
Gala/Party for Save Mount DiabloSep 09, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM
This year we are celebrating Save Mount Diablo’s 22nd annual Moonlight on the Mountain gala on Saturday, September 9, 2023, in Mount Diablo State Park.
Moonlight on the Mountain is one of the East Bay’s biggest philanthropic events of the season. You can showcase your commitment to important environmental and community issues with a donation to our auction at this popular and unique event. The event is hosted on the very mountain that Save Mount Diablo has been working to protect since 1971.
This event draws a sell-out crowd of more than 500 guests, primarily from the communities surrounding Mount Diablo, including philanthropic individuals, elected officials, and local businesses – an ideal audience for your auction donation. Last year, our online auction received nearly 1,000 bids. Make your donation standout even more by arranging for something unique, fun, or environmentally friendly.
By donating a product, service, or experience to our fundraising auction this year, you will receive:
• Recognition on the auction item display at the event or in the online auction description
• Link to your business website and an image of the donation on the event website
• Acknowledgement in the print and digital event programs
Support from our community is key to making Moonlight on the Mountain successful. Please submit the auction donation form online at https://savemountdiablo.ejoinme.org/auctiondonation, and have your donated auction item(s) ready for pickup or delivered to the Save Mount Diablo office no later than Friday, August 18, 2023 to be included on the auction website.
Tickets to this year’s Moonlight on the Mountain are available now. Please check our website at savemountdiablo.org/motm-2023 for event information. If you have any questions or would like to discuss your donation, please contact Brit Hutchinson at bhutch@SaveMountDiablo.org or (925) 542-0013.
Thank you in advance for supporting land conservation in our communities.
