Dear Business Owner,


At the Moraga Education Foundation (MEF), we strive to create possibilities for every student at Moraga public schools by raising funds through our Giving Campaign and our Auction Gala. Today, we are writing to ask for your help in this endeavor. 


Great Schools are Great for Business

Our community is vibrant and thriving because of our high-quality public schools, and when you support those schools, you generate community goodwill and customer loyalty. There are two ways to help create possibilities for Moraga students: 


Donate an Auction Item
The success of the MEF Annual Auction Gala is critical to reaching our fundraising goal.  This year’s Auction Gala will take place on March 23, 2024 at Crow Canyon Club, Danville, and leading up to the Auction Gala, MEF will hold an on-line auction open to bids from the entire community.  We are looking for items for both our on-line auction and the live auction at the Gala.  When you donate an item to our auction, you’ll receive:

Recognition in the Auction Catalog which is distributed to over 300 Gala attendees  
Exposure to the almost 4,000 people who receive our on-line auction information
Additional recognition in the Auction Catalog if your donated item is included in the live auction

You Make a Difference

California significantly underfunds its schools, and Moraga receives some of the lowest funding in the state. MEF’s fundraising goal this year is $3 million, and with your help, we will be able to reach that goal and make a tremendous impact on the experience of students at all five Moraga public schools in the areas of Academics, STEM, Wellness, Enrichment, and Academic Support.  Thank you!
