Dear Donor,

In July of 2020, 18-year old Morgan McCaffery, was tragically killed in an act of domestic teen violence. To honor Morgan’s memory, Morgan’s Light was established as a corporation, with the goal of “Shining a Light on Toxic Relationships”.

Since 2021, Morgan’s Light has continued to expand our programs and services in the community with contributions from community members like yourself. Morgan's Light offers education and resources to keep young people informed and help them recognize an unhealthy relationship. 
 
We hope to continue providing resources for victims of teen domestic violence by hosting many more events to raise awareness. To achieve this goal, we rely on the generosity and support of individuals.

We’re proud to announce that this year’s event will be held on May 14th, 2022 at Torresdale Boys and Girls Club, 4500 Linden Ave, Philadelphia 19114.

Last year, our Softball Tournament fundraiser raised $15,000 from our passionate donors, team participants, as well as all those who attended in support. We can’t wait to see what this year brings!

Your support is important to continue our work at Morgan's Light. There are many ways you can contribute towards our cause. Every little bit goes a long way in helping us fulfill our mission. We hope that you’ll make a contribution to help us along at this years annual Morgan’s Light Softball Tournament.

This event would not be possible each year without the support of local companies who provide valuable products and services so that we can support participants during the event. Items needed for our basket raffle are large and small items: monetary donations, vouchers for merchandise or services, gift certificates for restaurants, stores, theaters, amusement parks, or museums, tickets to various events, overnight stays at hotels, sport memorabilia, and prepared gift baskets. Other items need to support our event are hot and cold beverages, food variety, and baked goods.
