The Mothers’ Club of Oakland is pleased to hold our 17th Annual Comedy Night for Cancer Fundraiser on Friday, May 2, 2025 at Portobello’s, 155 Ramapo Valley Road, Oakland, NJ 07436. This annual event is in honor and memory of Maura Garramone, a past President of the club. With over 210 members of the community in attendance, the evening includes a buffet dinner, drinks, a tricky tray and two professional comedians. It is a wonderful night for everyone involved.  The proceeds from our Comedy Night Fundraiser are donated towards the fight against cancer and to support those in our local community who are battling cancer.

The Mother’s Club of Oakland is a social, non-profit organization whose primary purpose is to benefit the children of Oakland by supporting recreational and community programs. This event allows us to support those families in the community with a cancer diagnosis that need assistance during a most difficult time.
