Dear friends of Manes and Miracles,

I am honored to be contacting you on behalf of Manes and Miracles, a local 501(c)(3), 82-5409126 organization dedicated to improving the lives of children with disabilities by providing a first rate therapy facility with effective and motivating tools such as equines. We aim to affordably enhance the lives of children with special needs through the connections they share with our specially trained horses, committed therapist partners, and team of caring volunteers. 

Together with Superstition Harley-Davidson, we are pleased to announce the 2nd annual Motor, Manes, & Miracles Poker Run which will be held on Saturday, February 19, 2022. The event will begin at the Manes & Miracles Ranch in San Tan Valley and will conclude at Superstition Harley-Davidson located in Apache Junction. The event will include a breakfast with Manes & Miracles participant families, ride participants, and event sponsors followed by stops at 3 restaurants, saloons, bars & grills throughout the East Valley, and conclude with a BBQ lunch, silent auction, and raffle. We anticipate that over 150 people will attend.  

Please consider gifting Manes and Miracles with items or services which will be included in the silent auction or raffle with 100% of the proceeds benefiting the children with special needs that we serve. Donations of items valuing $100 or greater will be announced on our social media pages before the event. 

Evidence shows the overwhelmingly positive physical, emotional, and cognitive benefits of using horses as part of a therapy program. Sadly, the high overhead cost of operating such a facility generally makes it out of reach for the children and families who need it the most. With your help, Manes and Miracles aims to change that!

Funds generated by the event will go directly towards providing meaningful therapeutic intervention to children with special needs. A donation to this event has the potential to positively impact many children and families within your community. Thank you for your consideration.
