To Whom It May Concern:

The Mott Road HSA (Home and School Association) will be holding our Mott Road Mashers basketball game on June 2, 2023.  This fun event includes Mott Road parents and staff playing with members of the Fayetteville Fire Department and the Manlius Police Department.  Prior to COVID, this was an incredibly popular event.

We hope to make this year a huge success with the help and support of local businesses like you.  We are looking for donations of items, baskets or gift cards to be raffled off.

The Mott Road HSA funds field trips, special programs such as author visits, the purchase of playground equipment, special programs and various other classroom resources and community service projects.  The Mott Road HSA also funds the Christine Bracker Fund, which provides Mott Road students with monetary support as needed.  Your support would mean a great deal to the Mott Road community as it will enable us to continue to provide funds to enrich and enhance the school community.

If you wish to support our event, please contact us at fmmottroadhsa@gmail.com.  We would be happy to pick up any donation that you have.  Additionally, you can mail any donations directly to Mott Road Elementary School, 7173 Mott Road, Fayetteville, NY 13066. Checks can be made out to Mott Road HSA.
