The MOMS PTO is underway planning our 2023 Tricky Tray Raffle. This year’s Tricky Tray will be held on Saturday, October 21st, 2023. All funds raised are used to support and sponsor programs/events for our students and school. The success of this event depends on the generous, selfless donations of you, our supporters.

The MOMS PTO is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization comprised of parents, family members, teachers and administrators of the Mount Olive Middle School in Mount Olive Township, New Jersey, which serves approximately 1,150 6th through 8th grade students. The underlying philosophy of our PTO is to maintain a cooperative effort between the school, home and community in order to benefit all of our children. The executive board works closely with the teachers and administration to plan relevant activities throughout the school year. This year the PTO has offered $3,000 in mini grants for our teachers and staff to provide items for our classrooms that will help enrich learning and classroom time.  The PTO had also gifted our Middle School with a $1,000.00 to purchase items for our school. The amount and range of opportunities that we are able to provide for our children is dependent, in part, upon fundraising efforts such as our Tricky Tray.

All contributions are greatly appreciated and so it is with hope and enthusiasm that we ask you to consider donating a product(s) or service(s) to help make this year’s event a success.  Please keep in mind that we can also accept monetary donations as well. In recognition of your donation, your company name and donation will be listed in our event’s program, on the tray itself as well as the MOMS PTO Facebook page.  In order to place your donation in the proper category please include a note stating the retail value of your donation.
