The students and Parent Teacher Association (PTA) at Mountain View Elementary School would greatly appreciate your participation in our 2022-2023 Silent Auction on February 10, 2023. This year we will incorporate the auction into our Winter Dance! This will bring together our local community for an evening of family fun with entertainment and our on-line auction. We are writing to invite your business to take part in this event. We are seeking donations of sporting event tickets, family experiences, family vacation packages, special event tickets, gift baskets, electronics, services, and gift certificates. In addition to receiving excellent community exposure and visibility in our family-oriented and expanding community, your business will also receive the following benefits:

● Your company name/logo will be prominently displayed on our auction web page and on signage throughout the event.
● A description and photograph of your donation will also be displayed for all bidders to see.
● Your business gets recognized as a proud school supporter, and you build your brand among families, teachers, and other community members.
● Your company name/logo will be recognized in our family newsletter, read by more than 800 households and more than 100 school staff.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the many important programs and services provided for our students, teachers, and families by the Mountain View Elementary PTA. This year, the PTA will provide online math and reading tutorial programs, host family engagement events, provide support for economically disadvantaged students, sponsor a school-wide recycling program, support STEM and Wellness activities, supply enrichment tools for special education, speech and gifted programs, as well as provide curriculum support for general education and the fine arts.
