We are reaching out to you to request a donation toward our 2025 Family Movie Night Silent Auction being hosted by the Copeland Elementary PTO at the school. The goal of the Copeland Elementary PTO (Tax ID 76-0370304) is to enrich the education of the students of Copeland Elementary. Together with teachers, administration and parent/guardian support, we can improve the communication between home and school, increase parent involvement and provide programs and resources for our beloved Colts.

We support our school community by hosting various fundraisers and community events throughout the year. Our Family Movie Night, on April 4, 2025, is a free community event, and our silent auction acts as a fundraiser for our non-profit organization. Our event is expected to draw over 400 families and participating businesses will be featured in our PTO newsletter and donation basket information listing which is a great advertisement to our families.

We would be so honored for your business to assist our efforts by donating a gift to our auction. All donations are greatly appreciated and are tax-deductible.
