Dear Friend of Mount Saint Joseph Academy:
We’re writing in hopes that you will consider donating an item or services to the Annual Mount Saint
Joseph Academy Auction, Saturday April 27, 2024. Your donation helps MSJ continue its mission of
educating the whole student: the mind, body and spirit. Our Catholic School has been a vital part of the
greater Rutland Community for over 125 years and, with your help, will continue to be for future
generations to come. Our success is a result of the dedicated staff, volunteers and remarkable supporters
from our community!
The MSJ Annual Auction will be Saturday April 27, 2024 from 6-10p in the Martin McDonough
Gymnasium at Mount St. Joseph Academy and will be open to the surrounding communities and public for
bidding. Hors d'oeuvres will be served and a cash bar will be available.
During the evening, we will be entertained by Music and Dance. Our DJ will also announce our live
auction items and get everyone onto the dance floor as our Auction portion of the evening comes to a
close. It's sure to be an entertaining evening! The doors open at 6:00 p.m.; tickets, at a cost of only
$15.00 per person, can be obtained from Carly Ward in the Development Office, as well as $20.00 if you
wait to purchase at the door. Hope to see you there!
Thank you for your past generous support, if you are willing to make a donation for this year’s event,
please return the completed enclosed Auction Donor Form no later than March 29, 2024. Your
completed form can be emailed to cward@msjvermont.org.
We are most grateful to all the members of the business community who help support our students. The
proceeds of the auction go directly into our operating budget which helps sustain all of the students’
activities, as well as to keep tuition as affordable as possible.
