Dear Potential Donor,
I am writing this letter on behalf of Mt. Peak Elementary in Midlothian and
our Parent Teacher
Organization (PTO). Our school is passionate about providing positive, fun, and enriching
experiences to fulfill the student’s emotional and intellectual potential.
An auction, our biggest fundraiser, will be held in April to raise funds to help offset cost for
items for our classrooms and curriculum supplies for our students. All monies will benefit our
school for the purpose of educating our children. Two years ago we were able to raise enough
money to bless Mt. Peak Elementary with over $11,000 for teachers to use in their classrooms
for STEAM projects and flexible seating. Our goals are just as big this year, we are hoping to
purchase 2 big pieces for the playground. With your assistance, either through a donated item
for the auction or a financial contribution will certainly help us reach the goal. By donating an
item, money or service, you’ll be making a tax deductible contribution as well as benefiting
from the exposure of your company’s name being advertised on our social media. As a donor,
you’ll be invited to attend this event, so you’ll be able to meet prospective customers and even
possibly find a few bargains of your own! The auction will be held on Saturday, April 30 th , 2022
at 5:00 pm at Mt. Peak Elementary. All of our school families, friends, neighbors and members
of the community are invited to attend this fun event. A space is available below for you to
record your information so that you will be mailed a receipt recognizing the value of your
contribution for tax purposes. Our tax ID is 26-4163375. We would like to have all donated
items/donations in by March 18 th , 2022. If you would like for us to pick up your donation, please
