Act Now Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (tax ID: 461334013) dedicated to raising awareness and educating New Jersey communities about Alzheimer’s disease, prevention, and early detection. But we need your help to accomplish our goals of providing support, education, crisis management, long-term care planning, advocacy, and resources FREE to families who are living and struggling with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias.

On Thursday, December 8th, 2022 we will celebrate our 4th Annual Music & Memories Gala and our 10-year anniversary. A night celebrating the incredible impact music has on those suffering from Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias and, honoring those we have lost, those who are still struggling, and those who fight to end dementia. We will also be honoring Hackensack Meridian Health & The Center for Memory Loss and Brain Health for their work in creating a new collaborative dementia care program with Act Now Foundation. Together we have an unstoppable determination to make life better for those living with dementia.

The funds raised during the evening will directly benefit and support families living and struggling with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias by allowing Act Now to provide our programs and services at no cost to our families.

In previous years we have had contributions like a Carlos Santana Autographed Guitar, a Caribe Hilton 2-night stay, Hugo Morales original artwork, and more. With our last auction, we were able to break our fundraising goal of $100,000.
