MWR Sports and Fitness will host the 2020 Health and Fitness Expo. There will be a variety of exhibitors attending to educate Fort Belvoir Garrison and Community about sleep, nutrition, and physical activity. We also want to provide participants with wellness strategies to improve their spirituality, mental health, and overall safety.

Expo participants will have the opportunity to:

Participate in Aerobics and Nutrition demonstrations.
Sign up for the Civilian Health and Fitness Program (CHFP) which empowers you to get fit DURING your work day; allowing three hours a week of command-approved fitness time for 6 months! Great for beginners and cost-free, there’s no excuse not to give it a try.

Engage with Expo vendors using the Expo passport. Visit 6 Expo vendors for your chance to spin the prize wheel and to receive a free Expo T-shirt (available to the first 100 participants).

Eligible participants include all Active Duty Soldiers, Dependents, Retirees, DoD Civilians and affiliated ID cardholders.
