More then 185 Prisoners of War from Vietnam will be traveling to Yorba Linda California to celebrate the 50th anniversary of their Return to Freedom dinner that was held on May 24th, 1973 at the White House.  President Nixon and First Lady Pat welcomed more than 1300 POWs that night.  This will be their last dinner celebration as many are up in years.  AirPower has been honored to be the only organization authorized to raise funds for this event by NAMPOW.  The POWs will be celebrating their return with several events at the Nixon Library from May 22nd through May 26th.  The key request is for Uber or another rideshare operator to provide transportation to and from Anaheim Convention Center and airports for the POWs that will be flying in on the 22nd and out on the 26th.  This event is private to only the POWs and sponsors.
