"Novemberfest in the Gardens" is a yearly fundraising event jointly sponsored by Alta Vista Botanical Gardens and the Amigos de Vista Lions Club.  Proceeds go to the Gardens upkeep and the Lions Club charities including Guide Dogs for the Blind, Women's Resource Center, North County Lifeline, City of hope and many others. Our venue includes beer, wine and mead tastings, craft booths, food concessions, silent auction, raffle and music.  The festival is located at Alta Vista Botanical Gardens, an attractive, relaxing and natural setting for such an event.  Tickets to the event are sold on line as well as by the Club members and the event runs from 12pm to 4 pm.  Approximately 1,500 attend this fundraising event.  This year it will be held on Saturday, November 18th. 2023.
