National Case Management Week is a time for us to honor and recognize our Case Managers for all the hard work they do in caring for our clients who are mentally ill. Our Case Managers work tirelessly connnecting our clients to community resources and ensuring their basic needs are met so that they can focus on their treatment and recovery.
