South Central Family Health Center (SCFHC) invites you to sponsor our annual National Health Center Week celebration. From August 6th to August 12th, SCFHC will celebrate the patients, providers, and community leaders who make an impact on our clinic every day through events and presentations. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for the diverse communities of South Los Angeles, Southeast Los Angeles County and the San Gabriel Valley by providing affordable and comprehensive health care and education in a welcoming and multi-cultural environment; and your support would be invaluable to achieving our mission.

Our National Health Center Week celebrations invigorate a passion for community health centers from all our invitees. By sponsoring of our National Health Center Week celebration, your financial support uplifts the health and well-being of our community through the following events:
• SCFHC Family Health Day, a morning of health and wellness providing community resources, family activities, health workshops, and free giveaways.
• SCFHC Stakeholder Appreciation Night, honoring community leaders and stakeholders’ who ensure access to high quality care for all our patients.
• SCFHC Staff Appreciation Day, providing more than 250 SCFHC employees a day of appreciation and giveaways.
