To whom it may concern, 

Texas Tactical Jeep Club would like to invite you to donate to our National Jeep Go Topless Day event on May 15, 2021. Each year we host the West Texas Jeep Go Topless Day event. This year we have chosen Next Level Heroes as the local nonprofit we are raising money for. During the event we expect over 150 families (about 450 people) to come out to the Big Sky Drive-in Theater in Midland, TX to celebrate. We will have a raffle drawing and a silent auction to raise money. All proceeds will be donated to Next Level Heroes (501C3).  

Texas Tactical Jeeps is a nonprofit 501C7 and would appreciate any donations. Some ideas that would be beneficial are gift cards, tools, Jeep related items, home decor, camping gear, guns, hunts, game tickets and more. Anything you would be willing to donate would be appreciated and used to raise money for Next Level Heroes. 

Next Level Heroes is a nonprofit organization that provides support and encouragement for children with life threatening medical conditions. They also work closely with the community and use their talents to bring joy to people around them. Next Level Heroes brings comic book characters to life to help bring hope and joy to those they are supporting and encouraging. They have helped with the make a wish foundation to make a child's wish come true, as well as visited children in the hospital and provided support for the families. 

If you choose to donate, we will advertise that you are a donor on Facebook, Instagram and at the event. We would like to have all donations collected by May 8, 2021. We will accept donations in person, through email or through mail. Thank you for your support.
