To Whom It May Concern:

My name is Christie Herrington and I am the Parent Liaison for Klein Intermediate School.. We work hard to make sure we provide amazing learning opportunities and engaging events to bring our school’s community together. We are hosting our annual National Parental Involvement Day Carnival on Thursday, 11/16/23. The carnival will be held on campus and will be a fun event for students to enjoy with their parents.

We are a Title I school that serves low income families. Due to our school’s budgetary constraints, we are limited on supplies. While we strive to offer our students the best education possible, we need the resources and supplies to do so. For our celebration we are asking local businesses to participate. 

We would like to ask that you help us by any of the following:

Food Donations
Services 
Gift cards or tickets
Donation of carnival rides, games, prizes
If you are interested in setting up a vendor table at the event, we would love to have your participation.  If you choose to contribute to our school, you will give more than just a product.  You’ll be servicing a school community.
