To Our Community Business Partners,

The 5th and 6th grade classes of the Royalston Community School invite you to support the education of our community’s children by making a one time, in kind or cash, donation towards our calendar raffle for our week long Nature’s Classroom trip, held in Ocean Park Maine this spring. 

We are looking for services, gift cards, or items that raffle winners can claim. Our goal is to send every child to camp for little to no cost. 

We are also accepting donations to directly support struggling families. The cost for the trip is $455 per student. Any direct donation will be applied to a general fund and distributed through a needs based system.  Please make checks payable to Royalston Community School.

100% of the raffle profits will go towards offsetting the cost of the trip for the students selling the calendars.  

We are accepting donations from October 30, 2023 to November 30,2023. Calendars will be available for purchase throughout the month of January and raffles will be held throughout the month of February. All donors will be recognized for their donation directly on the calendars, as well as on our school’s Facebook Page and on newsletters. 

We sincerely appreciate your willingness to support our students as they endeavor to explore the world around them through this wonderful camplike experience.

The Athol Royalston school district is exempt from federal taxes under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code as a member of Parent Booster USA’s (PBUSA) group exemption #5271. In accordance with IRS rules and regulations, donors are advised to verify an organization’s 501(c)(3) tax exempt status.  Copies of our current PBUSA membership certificate, PBUSA’s IRS Group Exemption Letter, and current IRS Affirmation Letter are available upon request.
