We are writing to you on behalf of Navesink Hook and Ladder Fire Company.

We are a small fire company within Middletown Township. An all-volunteer organization dedicated to protecting our community. Although we do receive some funding from our Township, we rely a lot on the donations from our community and surrounding areas. We utilize our fundraising efforts to purchase and maintain firefighting equipment; maintenance of our building and firetrucks, as well as continuing to support our own community.

Our biggest fundraising effort is our Old-Fashioned Fireman’s Fair, which we’ve been hosting for over 100 years. This year, our fair is August 8, 9 and 10th. With the help of our supporters, we have been hosting a gift auction for each night of our fair. In the past our gifts have ranged in size from multiple restaurant gift certificates to tool chests and overnight excursions. We need your support in order to allow this fundraiser to succeed. Any donation is greatly appreciated! We are looking for gift certificates, unused household items, travel items, newborn/kids’ items, adult night out, family fun days, monetary donations, etc.…

We would advertise your business each night throughout the fair, as well as put any business cards or pamphlets out with your donation for all our supporters to see.

Navesink Hook and Ladder Fire Company is a registered 501(c)(3) organization, therefore any donation to our organization is tax-exempt.
