Dear Friends,

New Castle Christian Academy is a small, faith-based school and the only non-denominational school in the county.  Our school is blessed to be in its 24th year imparting academic and spiritual excellence for students from preschool to 8th grade.  As a non-profit, faith based school, we operate solely on tuition, fundraising and private donations.  Therefore, this letter has been written to inform you of our largest fundraiser of the year, the Gala of Gifts.

The Gala of Gifts is an evening that includes Chinese, silent and live auctions.  Items for this event are procured by donations.  Donations can include gift cards, merchandise or event sponsorship of any monetary amount. This event attracts many people and fabulous prizes from the community and surrounding areas.  It is a night of fellowship and an opportunity to win marvelous prizes while supporting our school..   

We ask for any donation you or your establishment feel called to contribute.  Funds realized at this event contribute to educational materials and resources. All funds generated from this event will be used, at the boards’ discretion, to improve the academic environment of our school.  Sponsors will receive a receipt for tax purpose and a listing in our event brochure. Monetary sponsors of the event may also receive a set number of complimentary admission  tickets for the event.   Your tax deductible donation will be graciously appreciated.
