Description

The Newington Children’s Theatre Company is proud to host their Diamond Jubilee celebration on April 29, 2023 at Casa Mia on the Hill, 111 Golf St, Newington, CT.  We invite you to participate by donating a gift card for our raffle. This one-night only event is a celebration of NCTC’s vibrant history, highlighting the diverse talents of many area youth, while raising the necessary funds to set the stage for our future. Every dollar raised from this event directly benefits children’s programming.

NCTC prides itself in being CT’s longest running, nonprofit children’s theatre. Since inception in 1963, NCTC continually strives to provide quality, fun, hands-on educational opportunities for children and young adults, ages 5-25, and to help open the doors of cultural enrichment to all participants. Throughout the season we offer five (5) fully-produced productions, eight (8) summer programs resulting in four (4) fully-produced productions and a plethora of classes, workshops and outreach programs, serving over 500 children from the Greater Hartford area annually.

At NCTC, we create a safe, engaging environment for kids to explore their imaginations, while learning how to take positive risks and conquer fears. Not only building confidence and self-esteem, kids learn how to collaboratively work to reach a common goal. NCTC teaches kids life and literacy skills that are beneficial far beyond the stage.

Being a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization, your donations are tax-deductible (48-1290257). Your support will help us keep the “curtain raised” while helping children achieve their fullest potential. If I can be of any further assistance or you would like any further information to help aid in your decision process, please do not hesitate to contact me (603.733.6258). I look forward to hearing from you soon!
